The army is a strange universe. If you are a soldier who decides to go see a nice looking iraki woman to rape her and then kill her, her husband and their child, you might be in big trouble. But if you are in the Air Force and you launch a bomb on a school, a hospital, or simply on a house full of innocent citizens, you can go home and start again tomorrow. However, if you really want to rape some defenseless women, you have at least to get down from the plane.
